The Center for Characterization & Testing focuses on research fornanoscale characterization and testing of structure and properties of materials, components and devices. The center also provides analyses service of advanced nanoscale characterization and testing using a variety of highest level research equipments. The main directions of research areas are as following,

- Development of new characterization technologies for evaluating properties of nanomaterials and performance of nanodevices.

- Testing service and consulting of characterization of materials, components and devices based on advanced characterization equipments.
