The Center for Nano-IT & Energy Devices focuses on research and development of design, fabrication processes and applications of nanoscale devices for information & telecommunication and conversion & storage of energy. The main directions of research and development areas are as following,
- Developments and applications of nanodevices for information & telecommunication (IT), next-generation display and artificial intelligence.
- Developments and applications of high performance energy storage devices, such as lithium-ion batteries, all solid-state batteries and supercapacitors.
- Developments and applications of energy conversion devices, such as solar cells, fuel cells, photocatalytic and electrocatalytichydrogen production.
