After the sample is fully freeze-dried, the vacuum pump is started, and the pressure in the drying chamber is lower than the pressure value at the freezing temperature of the steam pressure curve. Under the action of external energy, the water in the sample is sublimated directly, and the steam flows into the cold trap to achieve the drying process. Commonly used in biology, medicine, food and other fields.
